  Information of State Qualifiers Advancing to the State Meet

• Q: When and where is the State Meet?
• A: April 29 for "AA" districts and May 6 for "A" districts, both at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth

• Q: How much are entry fees?
• A: Entry fees are $18.00 per entry. Your school is responsible for submitting the entry fees.

• Q: Can schools pay with a credit card?
• A: Yes. Your State Fees invoice will be in your Members Plus account.

• Q: How will alternates be notified if they are promoted to qualifier?
• A: When a school withdraws its qualifier from the state meet, they send in an email. The State Office will remove the qualifier and insert the alternate. The alternate's campus coordinator will be notified by email.
